Frequently asked questions

Access Issues at Pickup?

Help us help you by keeping the skip accessible for our trucks. If we can’t reach it or it’s too heavy to lift, we’ll need to charge extra for another trip out.

How Much Can I Fill The Skip?

Keep everything level with the top of the skip – it’s the safe way to do it. Overflowing skips cost extra and might need an extra day’s hire to sort out.

Need to Cancel Your Skip?

Plans change – we get it! Just let us know 24 hours before your delivery and there’s no problem at all. Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) do attract a fee, but you’ll find all those details in our terms and conditions.

How Much Can I Put In?

Each cubic metre can take 150kg. After that, it’s a $20 charge for each extra 100kg.

Not Sure What Size You Need?

Give us a call! We’re happy to help you figure out the perfect skip for your job.

Want to Keep Your Skip Longer?

No worries! Give us 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled pickup and we can extend your hire. The daily rates are:

  • 2m³ & 3m³ bins: $10 per day or $60 per week
  • 4m³ & 6m³ bins: $20 per day or $120 per week
  • 8m³ & 10m³ bins: $40 per day or $240 per week
What If We Can’t Deliver?

If we can’t get to your chosen spot, we’ll need to come back when access is cleared. There is a fee for the return trip.

When Do I Pay?

Payment is needed when you book unless we’ve arranged something different with you.

Where Will We Put Your Skip?

We’ll do our best to put it exactly where you want it, as long as it’s safe and practical. If the spot’s too tight or unsafe, our drivers will find the next best option.

Worried About Property Damage?

While we take care to protect your driveway, pavement, and lawn, we don’t accept responsibility for damage during delivery or collection. Please check our terms and conditions for full details.
